01-RFQ & Drawing Review
We review the drawings, specifications, material grade, quantity, tolerances, testing, documentation and delivery requirements provided with the enquiry.

04 – Quotation & Approval
Our quotation confirms the agreed scope, price, lead time, inspection, documentation, packing and commercial terms. Sample or first-article development can be considered where required.

02–Technical Clarification
Questions related to dimensions, drawing revisions, standards, samples, surface finish, certificates and packing are clarified before quotation.

05 – Production Follow-up & Inspection
Production progress is followed up and inspection is coordinated against the approved drawing and agreed quality requirements. Deviations or non-conformities are communicated before dispatch.

The requirement is matched with suitable Indian manufacturing partners based on process capability, material, order quantity, quality requirements and delivery expectations.

06 – Documentation, Packing & Dispatch
Required certificates, inspection records, commercial documents, export packing and dispatch arrangements are coordinated according to the confirmed order terms.
